Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Planning Executive job in Vasai East Highway Opp. D Mart. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification Any Graduate in MBA / Diploma / B.tech / B.sc. This vacancy is for the Pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production & Capacity Planning
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order requirements.
• Monitor plant capacity utilization and adjust schedules as required.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely execution of plans.
2. Material Requirement Planning
• Prepare and monitor material requirement sheets based on BOM and production plan.
• Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Track and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
3. Workflow & Process Coordination
• Ensure smooth coordination between production, quality, purchase, logistics, and dispatch.
• Maintain planning dashboards and update progress status daily.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to planning, production, and inventory.
• Track delivery schedules and monitor on-time performance.
• Analyze production delays and prepare corrective action reports.
5. Customer Order Management
• Understand customer requirements and align production schedules accordingly.
• Track order fulfillment and ensure timely dispatches.
• Communicate delivery timelines to sales and management.
